CX Resolutions January 2020

We kicked off 2020 in style with our first event at the Oracle CX Center. This venue was both beautiful and inspirational. With over 20 companies represented at the event. And with smashing speaches from Naeem Arif and Sue Nabeth Moore our members left the venue inspired and informed.

Naeem Arif

With over 25 years as a retail business owner himself, Naeem certainly understands the importance of customer experience. As a CCXP he has worked with an impressive portfolio of consulting clients like Jaguar, The BBC and British Airways. Naeem is also the author of several global best sellers including Customer First and co-author of Customer Experience.

Sue Nabeth Moore

Founder of Success Track Enterprise where her passion and energy are dedicated to helping companies define and refine their customer success organizations.

Ana Luisa Romero

Ana-Luisa Romero is a Customer Experience Specialist from SD Worx. She hosted a workshop on Customer Centric Leadership.
