CX-Brussels hosted this event on the 29th of April 2021. The event was generally about answering the question of ” How do you turn your Customers into Hyperfans?” The Keynote was from James Dodkins, AKA the CX Rockstar, this was followed by an interactive discussion.
How do you turn your customers from depressed to obsessed? James shared the ideas, tactics and strategies that he learned in his career in music that create extreme devotion in your fans…in other words, a Hyperfan.
What is a Hyperfan? A Hyperfan is a customer that doesn’t just love your company, they are obsessed with it. Hyperfans are enveloped by their passion for a brand and actively market, advocate and defend it to anyone and everyone.
